End User License Agreement
Derma Pal uses Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for apps distributed through the App Store.
Apps made available through the App Store are licensed, not sold. Apple's Standard EULA governs the license to install and use Derma Pal unless a custom agreement is presented through Apple.
How these documents work together
The Apple Standard EULA governs the iOS software license. The Derma Pal Terms of Use govern the connected service and product-specific rules. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
If a provision conflicts with a right that cannot be waived under applicable law, the non-waivable requirement controls.
